The current format of the Dell Rapids Ordinance Book was adopted December 6, 1977, and was signed by Mayor Lawrence P. Hansen and attested by Municipal Finance Officer Arnold Wildermuth. Dozens of ordinance revisions have taken place since 1977 in response to changing federal and state laws and the needs of the community.
